PRIVACY POLICY

The website www.ligne-roset.com is a trading name of CINNA SAS (hereafter known as the « Cinna web site »), a company with a capital of 10,000 000 euros based at 1 route du Pont - 01470 Briord and registered with the RCS de Bourg-en-Bresse under no. 302 047 071. The Cinna brand name is a registered trademark. The site is registered with the CNIL (French dataprotection authority) under no. 1058542.

FRENCH DATA PROTECTION LAW (LOI INFORMATIQUE, FICHIERS ET LIBERTÉS)

Under law 78–17 dated 6th January 1978 and modified by the law of 6th August 2004, CINNA collects personal data relating to the Customer for use in the processing of the Customer’s order, the raising of invoices by CINNA and for the purposes of customer identification. This ‘personal data’ relates to information concerning the Customer as a physical person, communicated voluntarily by the Customer. This personal data thus includes individual-related data (such as surnames, first names, contact details). CINNA protects the privacy of the Customer by respecting current legislation. CINNA informs the Customer that this automated handling of information has been the subject of a declaration to the CNIL under number 1973084. In accordance with the French law Informatique et libertés n° 78–17 dated 6th January 1978 and modified by the law n°2004–801 of 6th August 2004, the Customer has a right to access and rectify the information concerned as well as a right to object to the their private data being processed sending of marketing offers. The Customer may make such a request by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link which can be found in each email, or by writing to the address indicated above.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The general structure and content of the Cinna web, and principally the text, photographs, images and sounds, are the exclusive property of CINNA. Information collected may be passed on to our partners responsible for its processing as described above or to partner stores.
