Prisca Renoux

Born in Paris in 1988, Prisca Renoux began to envisage making design her career at a very early age. After a 'baccalauréat littéraire', she went on to study object design at the ENSAD, from which she graduated in 2012. She then completed her studies at the Ravensbourne School, London, collaborating with contemporary designers such as Inga Sempé and Mathilde Bretillot. She then began her career, starting out on a freelance basis, making contributions to numerous projects, most notably for the Serge Atallah agency, where she develops everyday objects. In 2013, Maurizio Galante and Tal Lancman invited her to participate in the exhibition, 'Lost in Paris' at the Lieu du Design. Along with other designers, she presented a project for ceramic cloches beneath which were held the scent of little-known places in the Parisian suburbs. Her first taste of recognition came with the Fly / Intramuros competition, in which she was awarded the 'prix du Jury' for her 'Pluie' duvet cover in 2014. In 2015, she won the Cinna 'Révélateur de talents' competition with her Tipi light, which is currently being produced and marketed by the brand. These days, Prisca Renoux divides her time between designing for the Cent Degrés agency and her own furniture and object-related studies.
