Born in 1968, Stefan Veit studied product design at Kassel University. After working as a lab technician there, and then working in cabinetmaking and metal construction, he spent several years as one of the principal product designers in the R&D department of Prof. Wulf Schneider and Associates in Stuttgart. In 2002, he founded his own design bureau, Stephan Veit.Produktdesign, in Stuttgart.
