Hand woven rug in 80 % New Zealand wool / 20% cotton. Please allow for a tolerance of +/- 3% in terms of both length and width. White background. Each strand of wool is wrapped with 3 different colours of cotton thread to create a shaded effect in tones of ochre across the width of the rug. One side of the rug has a 1.5 cm wide plain ochre border and the other side has a 6 cm wide border in 3 different colours of cotton to give a mottled effect. Orders for rugs in special sizes must always be expressed in multiples of 5 cm. Important : min. dimensions 100 x 100 ; max. 300 x 400. The width of the edging (1.5 cm on one side and 6 cm on the other) remains the same whatever the surface area of the rug. This rug is compatible with underfloor heating.
