Pukka Low table black marquinia marble top

Yabu et Pushelberg designed a low table to complement the seating and rug of the same name, in the same creative, sensual spirit of theirs. The shape of the table in particular is reminiscent of the rounded shape of the settee. Low table in satin bronze lacquered steel with top in bronze mass-tinted toughened glass (lacquered bronze on the lower surface and frosted on the upper surface). Low table is composed of a textured beige lacquered steel structure (Ral 080 80 10), satin finish, and a closed-pore travertine marble top, honed finish, water-repellent treatment.Below the structure of the table, a crosspiece has been inserted to reinforce the structure. Marble (or Travertine) is particularly sensitive to acids (vinegar, lemon), to liquids containing them (wine, fruit juice, colas) and to coloured liquids (coffee, tomatoes, beetroot). We apply a treatment that delays penetration, but the rule is to wipe the stains immediately without waiting. Simply wash in lukewarm water diluted with a mild detergent, not containing any abrasive particles. The treatment must be repeated regularly, minimum once a year.
